Final Cut Pro program training

We opened the first Russian training center, where participants can learn professional skills in the sphere of non-linear video editing on the basis the Apple Macintosh products. Highly professional trainers on the most modern equipment teach them. Our task is to provide professional knowledge to participants who wish to master Final Cut Pro programming package – both students and experienced specialists with work experience with non-linear editing stations.

Graduates of the Training center can work in most technically advanced TV stations and studios. Knowledge and skills acquired at the courses increase chances of students to work effectively in most advanced centers of Russian TV and abroad, which in turn increases the number of highly professional specialists of non-linear editing in our country.

Success of the training in our Studio is determined by two components:

• The Apple Macintosh company provides the most advanced equipment for effective work in the sphere of non-linear editing.
• The FirstField studio employees have gained rich experience, which they share with participants of the courses. Work on such projects as Last Hero, Travelers’ Club on the ORT Channel, as well as on plethora of commercials and video clips allowed us to gain valuable skills while working with the Final Cut Pro system and other systems.

Duration of the general course – 5 days, course cost - $1000. Training starts as soon as a group is formed.

You will obtain professional skills in the sphere of non-linear video editing on the basis of the Apple Mac - Final Cut Pro product, taught by high class professionals.

• Computer adjustments
• Selection of the right working mode
• General knowledge about interface (hot keys and program windows)
• Project organization and program data base
• QuickTime
• Unwinding and digitizing of material
• Operations with files from other systems
• EDL
• Editing: basic, advanced technologies, creation of effects
• Work with sound, exchange of materials with other systems
• Film recording, preparation for DVD and Internet
• Testing

To study effectively you must have basic knowledge in the sphere of video editing.

Upon graduation, every participant receives a certificate.
